The contact owns a 2007 Mitsubishi Galant. While driving approximately 30 mph, fuel fumes emitted into the vehicle. On a different occasion, while refueling the vehicle, fuel poured out from underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The VIN was excluded from NHTSA campaign number: 08V454000 (fuel system, gasoline). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 108,000.
