The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated while driving approximately 25 MPH, she heard an abnormal rubbing and squeaking sound coming from underneath both front wheel wells. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the front ball joints were severely corroded and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 107,010.
