How can you have a system malfunction when THERE IS NO INDICATION OF ANY PROBLEM???

I am now stranded finding a ride to work at a new job, a second job as well and a kid to get to school and a mother with Dementia staying with me this week, and grand's Doctor appointment to get to. Lord, please help me.
