This data is from the NHTSA — the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints are spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem.
So how do you find out what problems are occurring? For this NHTSA complaint data, the only way is to read through the comments below. Any duplicates or errors? It's not us.
Last night hot air was coming out of my A/C and I shut off the car and it would turn back on again. It happened 3 times until the 4th time it shut off. When I went to start the car, it would not start. I waited one hour until the mechanic showed up. He revised the car and could not see anything except that the car would not start. We tried to start the car and at the 4th attemp it started and I went home with the engine light on. I went to have it check with a computer and I have a diagnosis of: Code-P1217 engine over-temperature condition, code-P0090 fuel pressure regualtor control circuit, code-P0507 idle air control system RPM higher thatn expected, code-P0087 fuel rail/system pressure - too low.
