The contact stated that the passenger side air bag did not deploy. A police report was filed. The driver sustained injuries that required medical attention. The vehicle was damaged and was towed to a police impound. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was arroximately 11,000.
