TL * the contact owns a 2007 Pontiac G6. The contact stated that the vehicle began to roll away while it was secured in park. The contact had to place objects under the tires to prevent the vehicle from moving. The dealer stated that the shift cable had failed. The VIN was excluded from NHTSA campaign number: 14V224000 (power train). The manufacturer was notified. The failure mileage was 90,000.
