Skipping, Sputtering At Slow Speed

CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2009 is starting to have the same problems as previous model years, including the headlights blowing out due to bad connectors.

The wiring harness connections aren't a big deal to replace, as long as your dealer or mechanic doesn't charge you an arm & a leg to "diagnose" the problem.

I bought my car in June 2011. The guy I bought it from told me that it would skip occasionally, but never had an issue with it. I was excited because it was my first car and didn't care since my dad could fix it. It skips/sputters when going slow . Trying to go fast or when going up hill. Never really been a problem, but once the check engine light came on. My dad hooked it up to the computer and it said it could be the spark plugs, wires, or the thing by the spark plugs that starts with a c. I know that's not helpfully, but I can't think of the name of it.

I just try to avoid 5pm traffic and the mountains. :)
