The wiring harness connections aren't a big deal to replace, as long as your dealer or mechanic doesn't charge you an arm & a leg to "diagnose" the problem.

The contact owns a 2009 Pontiac G6. While driving at 5 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate without warning. The contact mentioned that the vehicle failed to exceed 5 mph. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred numerous times. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
