Previous year Ram window sticker lists the fuel tank size. My two previous Rams (a 2015 and a 2017) had 26 gallon fuel tanks standard and listed on the window sticker. The all new 2019 Ram has no such mention on the window sticker of the standard 23 gallon fuel tank. Thus my range was cut considerably. I also bought a crew cab with a hemi and I tow. My 2017 was a single cab with a v6 and I towed too. What really makes me angry is the 26 gallon fuel tank is the same price as the 23 gallon tank on the build page. So, who the hell would want a smaller tank in a work truck? I am not taking kids to daycare. What a joke! Way to go Ram! How about you stuff them 23 gallon tanks in all the etourqe trucks! Give me a flipping break.

The first time I went to fill up I was kinda puzzled why I didn't even make it to 300 miles on the tank. You see, I pull a trailer for my work. So my gas mileage is a little less than the norm. However, after putting in 21.5 gallons during fill up I open the owners manual and was like WHAT!!!! 23 Gallons!!!! Looked at my window sticker saw no mention of fuel tank capacity and said d@!× it! Awesome Ram! Thanks again for another disappointment! Great. I just love stopping every single day to gas up. Plus carry extra gas during hurricane season in case gas stations are out of fuel and I want to make it home. Pretty flipping sad because I live about 45 miles from the city where I work and always seam to run out of gas before going home. Awesome!!! Hey Ram, people are going to love the sneaky switch to a smaller tank.
