engine will not run over 15 mph

This Ram has been in and out of the shop since January. The last week of April it would not run anymore. Chrysler has held my vehicle hostage for the last 3 1/2 Months every time they say it is fixed it does not last a day. they will not fix it properly. They have sent out specialists who have said it is fixed here is a video of what they claim fixed. There trucks are junks not worth buying.

I was so excited to upgrade from our 2014 Ram 2500 to the 2016 Ram 3500. Same engine, but more towing power. Now I am kicking myself in the ass - and so is my husband! They have me driving a Bright ass red Jeep Sahara Wrangler - totally sucks!

3500 Promaster 2.5L Diesel

Vehicle is six months old and constantly losses power right in the middle of highway..... Waited for dealership appointment for two weeks, they accepted car on November 12, 2016. December 31, 2016 it was ready. 45 days later!!!!! Not a call from dealership, not a call from Chrysler that vehicle is ready.... They replaced oxygen sensor, that didn't fix the problem, they replaced high pressure full pump twice, still it didn't fix the problem, they didn't have necessary diagnostic tools... they didn't know what to do and how to fix the problem, they contacted engineers but nevertheless when we came to pick our car it still had same problem. Lost power right in front of dealership, so we could barely make it back to dealer lot. So back to square one, problem never fixed.

Never ever again will I buy any of the Chrysler cars.

We even filed a case with corporate office at no avail. They were not helpful at all!!!!
