The foam rubber seals on the doors are held on with tiny skinny plastic clips, & they tear through the soft foam. Eventually enough of the plastic clips tear through so that the door seal hangs off the door -- looks awful & lets air in.
The plastic door seal clips that Subaru used are basically the width of fork tines & they only extend into the foam a quarter of an inch. It's a bad design. Subaru should have used round clips with more surface area.
