This was the second battery in two years! I was refused to be included in the class action suit because I did not take it to a Subaru dealership! I live 25 miles from the closest one and when the battery is dead getting there is an issue. My battery now is getting weak and will probably need replacing when the weather gets really cold! I think the class action suit is a sham! The consumer gets screwed again!
