One night we received a call from police saying alarm is off on your car. We went down, alarm went crazy I guess first. Then car would not open at all. Completely shut down. We got an assistance service that came and charged the car and it happened next day again.
Unfortunately, the car got towed to the official service and dealer we got it from. Car is 3700km and we bought it in September. So it has been just 4 months since we bought the car. Service tells us whole brain shut down because there is excessive water in the car. They cannot figure it out what happened and I told them take the car back and they tell me they are writing with Japan. They tried to blame me of course saying where is this water coming from, why there was water. Tallinn is cold and there is snow of course but from shoes' snow, you cannot break a car.
They even asked if I had an accident. This is an official service who cannot even car is used flawless or has damages. In any case, we ust paid lots of money for a brand new car and look what happens. Anybody has this type of issue?
I am just so suspicious that they will try to give this car back in a state I will not accept at all.
I need help.
