Upgraded Harman Kardan radio/cd system goes on at will. When I shut it off, screen goes off too. So if I turn on navigation, radio comes on. When I shut radio, navigation screen goes dark. If I make a phone call, radio goes on when I hang up. Car was at dealer 3 times. I've spoken several times with Subaru national customer service; they don't even return my phone calls any more. Radio was changed by dealer (in process my CD was lost) but didn't solve problem. One service person told me they have this problem since 2019 and "they're working on it." Tried a software download but it did nothing.
Have also been unable to turn off navigation when I reach my destination. Maybe I'm missing something there or maybe it's related to radio problem. Any time I turn off radio screen goes dark.
