A second bearing in 7000kms/ 4 months. Rusted into place again. Wheel bearings should last at least twice as long. This one while on vacation. Subaru doesn't seem to worry about this kind of stuff unless the wheel is about to fall off the car. " Not loose" just noisy.

Update from Jan 30, 2017: This time left rear. The description text was wrong. Actually both rears were noisy, only the left was replaced

To hell with Subaru replacement bearings. This time a cheaper jobber bearing was used. This has to bad design/choice of material.

I have been driving for over 50 years. Never had a bearing go before. Should be able to make stuff like this reliable. Plus it was rusted into place. The inability of Subaru to make a repair easy by applying some rust preventer when they built it just shows how they dont really care for their customers. Disgusting company great car
