When using the GPS programming feature, I enter the address, etc., and then in the upper r.h. corner of the map display area, a head diagram appears with mouth open (!) and it freezes. The driving directions and map never process and the system remains frozen. This has happened multiple times, but the most memorable was when driving from Chicago to Northern WI, and the system remained frozen the entire trip. Eventually, after the car was turned off at the destination and parked for several hours, the system worked properly once again. The unpredictability of when this might happen is truly annoying and also distracting, because one resorts to a phone map instead for directions.
