No loan car available. After a lot of exchanges I can have 80€ per day Uber vouchers as from 9 September, why couldn't I have them before ?
I have had to reschedule many appointments. 80€ will get me there and back with a couple but not all of them.
I'm 74 and a widow. I can't begin to understand Uber vouchers.
I have guests to pick up from the airport, can they use my Uber voucher for that day? It won't take me there and back!
I am so disillusioned with Tesla after sales service, although I love the car.
I have written to the local service centre and the main area one, waiting for a rerply.
