Every time you turn the car on, a nasty moldy smell comes out of all vents. It has caused me to have continuous sinus infections. Apparently this is a on going problem with no solution.

My Avalon is only 5 months old and after four months I started getting this awful odor coming through the a/c. I took it to the dealership and they said that it's normal and put a charcoal filter in to absorb the smell. Well that was a month ago and the odor is getting worse. I am getting headaches after driving it first thing in the morning. My clothes are starting to smell like it and I'm so embarrassed to let anyone ride with me...I would rather smoke in my car than smell this.

Had I known this was an issue, I would have never bought this car. I paid good money and I am very upset. I plan on taking it back and demand some kind of a fix. This is awful!
