This vehicle has only 136,000 miles. some months back my mechanic said their is a serious rust issue.
Today I went to get a price for an exhaust and he pulled me in to look at the welded seams of the chassis and there are multiple rust holes, then started to point out a multitude of other rust issue, I feel sick to my stomach .... he told me to make a decision either spend thousands of dollars to maybe fix the problem or get a new vehicle.
He told me not to drive any distance. Seriously :(
I am a loyal Toyota owner, but Seriously Toyota you need to do a recall on 2009 FJ CRUISER....
