My toyota land cruiser v8 2008's AC no longer comes on when you start the engine. It takes 1 to 3 minutes for it to come on. All efforts to fixed it fail. But the most annoying aspect is that, all the toyota service companies could not figure it out, the scan always shows everything is fine.

Can somebody help me about this problem please?
