This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I reported it last year in July, as I accelerated uncontrollably into the back of a car losing my no claims bonus. I was then told it was my fault? Next a few months later I was doing 70 mph and it scared the hell out of me on a dual carriageway . It took me a mile of panic to regain control. I took it to Toyota Peterborough who seemed unconcerned . It happen again on 31st while shopping.
I'm really angry after reading about the same faults in America where people have died from my exact issue, I'm considering legal action now.
