In addition, the contact stated that the passenger side locks failed and she paid out of pocket to have them replaced. Afterwards, the driver side door locks also failed. The contact mentioned because the doors were so heavy and she had to open and close them manually, she was currently experiencing shoulder issues. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer stated that they did not have a remedy and the contact would receive a letter when the parts and remedy were available. The failure mileage was unknown.
