Poor design of jack causes force toward the opposite side allowing 2 tires to lift and car to fall off jack. Nlm

The jack does not properly support the weight of the vehicle causing it to penetrate the ground rather than raise the vehicle possible weak design of material (plastic). Nlm

Jack failure caused car to fall. Fortunately no person was under the car at the time. Dealer has no replacement jack in stock to compare/ascertain cause of failure. Should failed part be submitted to you?
