This car has been for the third time to the dealer to be fixed. The right window does not roll down , stays open, makes noise, has been found open after car is close, but it was not fix yet, technician could not replicate the problem. Really? I have a video and will get some more to send to my regional manager. This problem is getting old, VW knows about this problem from many of its consumers that trusted this brand and has done nothing to fix it. Not only after so little miles this car is showing more problems , right light was not working when using breaks. The trunk light never worked. Both lights were fixed for less the 40 bucks, not covered under warranty. I am never buying a VW in my life, nor my immediate family and friends. I will be going back to my 2005 Honda, I rather stick the beetle in my garage then trade it in. I am very disappointed with VW, I really believed VW were cars. I guess Japanese cars are the best ......

Took it to be fixed but have been told it is a manufacturer problem that they are working on and will let us know when they have the solution. Very irritating to have a brand new car that I can't roll the windows up and down smoothly.

Beetle Sunroof 2.5L

We specifically asked the dealer if there were quality issues. VW was aware of these problems and the vehicles were continuing to be sold anyway. We live in a snowy locale and not being able to put a window up when you want to is not cool at all! Sometimes, I open and close the car door and the window goes down BEFORE I EVEN START THE CAR!. It typically takes me three or four attempts to close my window. This is my first experience with VW at all and I am very frustrated and disappointed. I am paying for a car that does not function per Operator's Manual. When these vehicles were rolling off of the assembly line, didn't someone test every level of functioning before shipping them off??? I am not the only one having this issue and I am getting nowhere with VW or the dealer.
