Technical Bulletin (Erratic Oil Temperature Gauge):
The oil temperature gauge in the auxiliary instrument cluster (?additional instruments?) and/or the oil temperature display in the instrument cluster MFI operate erratically. The signal from the oil temperature sensor, which is directly connected to the instrument cluster, is not properly interpreted by the instrument cluster due to a difference in the timing processing of the signal. The production solution for this issue was Improved software introduced into production for model year 2015.
