Volkswagen refused to stand behind the faulty engineering of the Jetta and any of the costs/the turbocharger in full had to be replaced when a small part was all that needed repairing. The manager talked down to my wife as if she was stupid. Refused to talk since the car had 134km on it. We were asking for some reimbursement on the costs. So now I am taking them to a material engineering firm and finding out about metal fatigue and I hope they get a class action lawsuit out of this.
