- Summary
- When replacing a front door seal on a 2012/2013 Passat, it is important to make sure the seal is properly aligned. When installing a front door seal, make sure the L or R (depending on side) printed on the seal lines up with the center of the radius of the upper rear corner. When seal is installed in this manner, the splice should be within +/- 50 mm of the door arrestor.
