1 During two frontal crash tests of this vehicle, the driver’s seat belt tore apart where it loops through the seat belt latch tongue. NHTSA is expanding its ongoing investigation to determine potential causes of this separation. 2 During the side impact test, the left driver door unlatched and opened. A door opening during a side impact crash increases the likelihood of occupant ejection.
