Driver Panel Lights Keep Going Off- No Speedometer/Gas Gauge

CarComplaints.com Seal Of This Might Hurt

CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2nd generation XC70 has a transmission issue and the 2003 model year seems to be the worst of it. These are still solidly built and comfortable cars, but if you're looking at buying used you might be better off avoiding the 2003 unless it has already had its transmission replaced.

I can't afford to have it fixed, the timing chain needs to go, etc etc. To run this car three months will cost $5000. I never pass on the freeway, keep filling up the tank and drive slow so I don't get a ticket. I am looking for a new car but something keeps breaking every week. Never buy a Volvo with more than 80K miles.
