The contact owns a 2016 Volvo XC90. While driving approximately 4 mph, the entire instrument panel and odometer gauge failed to function and the vehicle did not accelerate over 10 mph. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where the computer software was updated. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 10,000.
