A D V E R T I S E M E N T S

THIS CAR HAS BEEN A BLESSING, AT 230K MILES,I HAVE LITTLE TO COMPLAIN

BESIDE THE REGULAR PM (PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE,,eg. TIRE,OIL CHANGE,ALTERNATOR.ALIGNMENT,BATTERY AND CLEANING..

ONLY RECENTLY I HEAR THAT TAPPING/CLICKING NOISE FROM THE TOP OIL PAN COVER.

problem #1

Oct 102008

Focus ZX4 SE 2.0L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 56,300 miles

This broke over a 100 miles from home with no warning. Had to get a very expensive tow. Belt shredded and jammed in various pulleys. Not only did the idler pulley break and take the belt with it, the tensioner pulley bearing was discovered bad at the same time. This Focus is a piece of junk!
