We purchased our Nissan Pathfinder New from local dealer. We love our pathfinder and have had no problems up to now 35,000 miles except, Its very frustrating to have bought a $39,000 vehicle and have to endure the sound of pounding tires because the vehicle was never aligned from factory. The Dealer did the first tire rotation at the recommended millage. I believe that was 4000 miles. Apparently did not check tire ware. I actually rotated after that and every 4-5000 mile. Well the tires were cupped right away because all four wheels were out of alignment. The dealer did align for free but would not replace the cupped tires. You would think a new vehicle would come from factory aligned properly and if not shouldn't that be checked the first time it comes in. Should't the uneven tire ware been noticed the first rotation? But of course it was all my fault because after the first rotation I didn't pay there $6.00 a tire to rotate. With there air guns it probably take about 5 mins. or less for them to do the job. You can not trust them or anyone else to torque the lug nuts properly which then leads to warped rotors. In a nut shell I am not happy!
