Engine idles at 3000 RPM for reasons unknown. Also once brake is released vehicle will rapidly accelerate to 60 mph. Dealers has replaced computer module which did not correct problem. Vehicle also has brake problems.

While going down ramp, exiting a parking garage engine began to race and accelerate. Hitting the brakes did not help, was only able to stop the automobile when it was pushed it into neutral and then drive. Then it calmed down.
