On serveral occasions I am having major front end problems, from the intermediate shaft poping, to the whole front end poping, the dealer replaced the rack the cv boots 3 times, they kept busting, lower ball joints, "a" arms, this corrected the problem for a bit, then the cv boot fractured again they wouldnt replace, now the front in pops horriably when you make a turn to the right and add a little torque, took to dealer, no diagonsis, took to an independent agent, everything seems fine, only thing he can think of is a break in a spot weld on the front end, ie the tubing that supports the engine and front suspension, I have event contacted Pontiac customer care center and they say the problem is no longer theres, I would be happy to let you test the car and hear the noise, and see if it wouldnt make you a tad bit uneasy about driving

We bought the car in nc. In Dec. 1998, and moved to lexington ky. In Sept. Of 1999. At that time water started to collect on the passengers front floor carpet. We had the local GM dealer courtesy pontaic attemp to fix it 5 times between Sept. And Dec.. they have had the car more then we have in the last 4 months, sometimes as long as 3 weeks. While I am still paying over $400 a month for a lessor rental car. I have contacted the GM divisional office and the better business bureur. The dealer presently has the car now until the GM rep and me can decide on what the next step should be. I do not want the car back it has just been a complete nightmare. They want me to look at a Grand Prix GT but I am not wanting to be taken. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you mason L. flinchum.
