The contact owns a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am. The vehicle has Goodyear Eagle tires, size P225/50R16. The contact heard an unfamiliar noise coming from the front end of her vehicle. The dealer stated that the noise originated from the tires and advised her to bring her vehicle in every 600 miles to have the tire beads lubricated. The contact was informed that she could put more air in the tires, but that would result in more wear and tear. The vehicle was initially taken to the dealer on June 11, 2007 and returned on July 31, 2007. The speed was unknown. The current mileage was 15,000 and failure mileage was 14,370.
