The Neutral Safety Switch must be no easy task to fix on this car because the auto shop wants over 300 dollars in labor to replace it.

Bought this car used and runs really good. However, the security system shorts and will not allow the car to start. First time it was a fuse, Ok, no problem to fix, but now the mechanic says he can't figure it out. Just wondering if anyone else had this problem and how much it costs to fix.
