the transmission has chirped since i bought it about 3000 miles ago. taking off from a stop it would make little chirping sounds occasionally. after i changed all fluids and filters and added Slick 50 as well, it got better and it seemed quicker to pull out of a stop. it is now showing clutch dust on the dipstick when i check it and it chirps at almost every stop. if i take off slowly, it feels like how a warped rotor feels when you stop only in reverse.
another thing about this car, it gets about 22 highway and 19 city which is a far cry form the 28 it should get on the highway. it is hot with its 3.4 dohc engine but maybe i'm losing power and efficiency through the fouled up trans. i dont know.
