Horn does not operate unless you push center of steering wheel with open hand.this has been occuring since vehicle was new. Dealer said there was no problem. I have had similar problem with horn on other GM vehicles.another problem is the dashboard reflects outside light, making good forward vision bad.

Vehicle dies while driving in left lane; also, fails to start in the mornings. In addition, cruise control failed/ erratic operation of windshield wipers, mostly in cold weather/horn failure and front brake rotors malfunctioned.
