Grand Prix SE 3.1L

i have a 2000 grand prix 3.1 and when you first start the car up it will not do this until it has warmed up. But the trans shutters when you are go to take off from a stop sign. but it does shift smoothly through gears. the trans has 80000 mile and fluid is clean. this car runs like a scalded cat when it is first started in morning. please help thanks
