Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. i have a 2000 grand prix 3.1 and when you first start the car up it will not do this until it has warmed up. But the trans shutters when you are go to take off from a stop sign. but it does shift smoothly through gears. the trans has 80000 mile and fluid is clean. this car runs like a scalded cat when it is first started in morning. please help thanks
