This car has been a problem from the get go...thank god I purchased an extended warranty when I had the chance. I have to go back thru my records because I have a lot more to report here than just this specific problem. I have a stack of repair records. This morning got up started the car sounded fine, but I could not get it out of park, and I certainly wasn't going to force it and make the problem worse. Was towed to the local dealership, waiting for the official diagnosis.

HERE WE GO AGAIN! started my car warmed it up and car would not shift from park. this has been sticking on and off for probably the last 3 weeks, but have always been able to depress again and would shift. I had also noticed the car just seemed to be drinking fuel like water. Really poor gas mileage. At one point I thought I might have a leak in gas tank but kept looking and no leaks. So it goes to the dealership works perfectly fine for them just in case they had missed something they keep it overnight and it sticks on them. Seems like I do have a problem they have ordered a shifting assembly. Because of purchasing extra extended warranty they have provided me a vehicle to drive. This one is a brand new Buick Lacrosse love the car. Makes my Grand Prix look like a problem riddled dog!
