The contact owns a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. While attempting to activate the rear defroster, the defroster control turned bright red and failed to defrost the window. The rear window began to crystallize and a crack formed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was unknown.
