The contact owns a 2006 Acura MDX. While driving approximately 35 mph, the vsa and the ECU warning lights illuminated. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the failure was undetermined. The VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 13V092000 (service brakes, hydraulic, traction control system). The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 105,000.
