Problem was:
Bluetooth got disconnected intermittently from the car when the phone mode was on, with only audio it worked completely.
Apparently the car ONLY does not work with my phone and my phone ONLY does not work with my car.
All other cell phones worked perfectly and all other devices with my cellphone work perfectly.
Have tried everything from erasing the complete car module settings to fabric, eliminating all Bluetooth devices from the car, changed the Bluetooth antenna, changed the entertainment module from the car, erasing all Bluetooth devices from cellphone, restoring cellphone to factory settings, even updated my cellphone.
In the end, sold the car 2 years after and works perfectly with all other devices, but mine.
