Within a couple of months of purchasing a brand new car, I noticed that the orange light in the left front headlight wasn't illuminated. Upon contacting the dealer, I also learned that the burnt out light should have triggered an alert on the dashboard, which it hadn't. Brought car in for service and they tested the headlamp unit in the other side and it still didn't work, so they replaced the entire unit and it ought to work now...though I haven't been able to test it.
