Summary

Customer may report hearing a clunk noise when brakes are applied at slow speeds after the vehicle has changed direction (e.g., parking lot maneuvers). This PSS TSB does not apply to Q5 Hybrid models. Various parts have been replaced under warranty for the condition noted above, but no issues have been identified with the replaced parts.
