TSB Document:

Affected Component: ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING

Summary
Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 19 number 14-47 dated January 31, 2014. The low coolant level light is illuminated. The coolant level is too low. A black crust is visible on the turbocharger coolant lines. There may be slow coolant loss from the connections of the coolant feed pipe and coolant return pipe. High temperatures cause the coolant to become encrusted on the connection flange of the turbocharger.
