The contact owns a 2001 Audi Tt coupe. While driving approximately 30 mph she began to roll down the front passenger side window and smoke started to come out of the passenger side door panel. The vehicle was pulled over and shut off. It was then taken to an authorized dealer where the window motors were replaced. The failure occurred five times. When the failures occurred the vehicle was taken back to the authorized dealer to be repaired. The failure mileage was 5,000 and the current mileage was 48,000.
