Summary
Heavy condensation has built up in the headlight. Condensation only dissipates after the car is driven with the headlights on for at least ten minutes. There is no visible external damage to the headlight lens or housing. Humid outside air (such as during rain) can enter into the headlights through the ventilation hose.
