The contact owns a 2001 BMW 330ci. The contact stated that the headlights and brake lights would flicker sporadically while driving. The vehicle was taken to a local repair shop and the contact was informed that there was an electrical failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assistance because there were no recalls addressing the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 125,000 and current mileage was 130,000. Updated 12/12/11 updated 02/03/12
