A new engine after 46000 miles? I left the car at the airport and temperature dropped to -20F. The cold temperature amplified the engine issue (lucky me)!

According to BMW, if I had over 50000 miles then I would have been 100% responsible for new engine cost. They gave me an estimate of $30,000 for new engine. I was a loyal BMW customer - not anymore!
